Any photographs that you purchase from John Turton, or Elegant Glamour + Boudoir, or Celebrity Obsession, or iShootPix, or Fun Family Fotos come with a Lifetime Guarantee! At no extra charge!

We know the value of your precious memories and sometimes loss or damage can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, so we’d like to put your mind at ease if something ever happened to your photos.

All images will be archived and available for a period of up to 10 years…however…there are things hat may occur which we have no control over. We’ll take the utmost care, but can’t be responsible for loss or damage to files, but not limited to the the following circumstances.

Please read the conditions listed below. All claims made will be subject to the following conditions

Any photographs or files claimed under this agreement will be available at the studio's price list, current at the time of the claim.

No photographs or files will be supplied until full payment is made, at the price quoted by the studio.

Any HDD or device the files are saved to is still readable in the future.

Any HDD or device the files are saved to does not have a failure and won’t operate.

All file types are still accessible.

Proof of and an explanation the damage to your photos is available for assessment by from John Turton, or Elegant Glamour + Boudoir, or Celebrity Obsession, or iShootPix, or Fun Family Fotos or their administrators.

Any compensation is limited to the provision of files and or photographs only.

Any compensation is at the discretion of from John Turton, or Elegant Glamour + Boudoir, or Celebrity Obsession, or iShootPix, or Fun Family Fotos upon assessment.

If upon assessment from John Turton, or Elegant Glamour + Boudoir, or Celebrity Obsession, or iShootPix, or Fun Family Fotos deems your claim to be invalid, no further correspondence will be entered into.

Claims will be limited to loss caused by flood, fire or damage sustained through a third parties negligence (ie: if your place has been robbed, vandalised or been subject to an accident beyond your control)

Files claimed under this agreement must be proven to be yours via proof of purchase and that proof is solely the responsibility of the owner/purchaser and is under no circumstances the responsibility of John Turton, or Elegant Glamour + Boudoir, or Celebrity Obsession, or iShootPix, or Fun Family Fotos.

Any photographs claimed under this agreement will require proof that the photograph being claimed is damaged beyond recovery, by producing the damaged item or proof of the damage via a photograph of the damaged item, before the item will be considered for replacement.

This guarantee only covers the replacement of files or photographs that have been proven to to be damaged beyond recovery and excludes any frames, albums or other items that may be used to display the filles of photographs being claimed.

Photographs and files being claimed will only be supplied at the same size as the original item being claimed.

An item may be able to be claimed at a different size to the original being claimed, but this will be at the discretion of John Turton, or Elegant Glamour + Boudoir, or Celebrity Obsession, or iShootPix, or Fun Family Fotos and may incur a cost of that item being produced at current pricing for that item.

This guarantee is subject to the availability of the files being stored by John Turton, or Elegant Glamour + Boudoir, or Celebrity Obsession, or iShootPix, or Fun Family Fotos for as long as the above mentioned are in business and may be subject to review by future owners of Elegant Glamour + Boudoir, or Celebrity Obsession, or iShootPix, or Fun Family Fotos and will be subject to available technology at the time of any claim.

No compensation will be payed in the event of loss or damage to any photographic files captured, stored, owned or held by John Turton, or Elegant Glamour + Boudoir, or Celebrity Obsession, or iShootPix, or Fun Family Fotos.
