If you've had professional photos captured before you'll know a little of what to expect, if not we're here to help you through it so you have a fabulous time and create some forever memories.

Once we confirm your appointment, we’ll send you some helpful hints to make your experience an outstanding success. There’s skin care info to help you prepare for makeup, some dressing tips so you can be the main attraction in your photos (not your clothes) and other handy hints. This is YOUR experience, so ask plenty of questions, throw out plenty of ideas and immerse yourself in the fun! Feel free create a mood board on Pinterest, email some inspo pix or sketch out some ideas. We’re here for you and the lines of communication are always open.

Upon arrival at the studio (*there's an option to have your shoot on location also if you prefer), you’ll be welcomed into the ‘workshop’ where you’ll notice all our attention is on you, from your drink on arrival, through to your order placement when you’re done. We only ever serve one client at a time (unless you book with friends), so you’ll get our undivided attention from the time you arrive. Enjoy some chilled champagne (or your preferred beverage, let us know upon booking) to calm your nerves and have a bit of a look around. Our products will be on display so you can see and feel the quality. We have plenty of advice on displaying your memories also.

With tipple of choice in hand, you’ll be treated to a relaxed session of hair and makeup, we’ll discuss your photography session and explain how the studio session works. with thorough posing instructions throughout your photography session, you don’t need to worry about nerves, we’ve got your back! This is an experience you will never forget or regret!

Don’t worry, you’re in great hands as our team (small but efficient) will guide you through every step to creating your fabulous memories. With tips on outfit selection (we know what looks good), how to pose and help you feel relaxed, even though you’re probably nervous, don't worry, we know how to create exceptional photographs for you.
