As a photographer, I always look at the face first. That's where you'll see the real person; in the eyes, through expression, the texture of the skin.

Time is running out for this type of project I fear, with the uptake of 'beauty enhancements' by the younger generations like Botox, fillers and implants, photographing the next generation of 40+ women might be similar to shooting Tupperware...dull expressionless and full of plastic! So take a stand against the false advertising that sabotages the younger generations opportunity to show the world how they have lived without hiding it behind a false mask of insecurity designed for short term gain and long term regret.

Take a stand for body positivity, inner strength, and the courage to be YOU.
Help other women realize their potential by proudly stepping out of the shadows.
Embrace the reflection looking back at you in the mirror.
Acknowledge that self-love isn’t selfish.
